Artisan Home Services - from custom carpentry to framing, door installations, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical - my focus has been on homes from the late 1800s to the 1970s. My first project and 2-flat below built in 1892.
I've always enjoyed working with older homes where things have settled - or out of square, where a nuanced skill set is needed to fix even the smallest project.
My customers are property owners, real estate agents, and homeowners.

How does your pricing and quoting work?
After submitting your booking form, with the project description of the work needed, I will call for more details and visit the project if necessary. Afterwards, I will email a final quote. I never mark up materials, and realize not all jobs are equal.
How many years of experience do you have?
I have over 3 decades of experience in multiple trades. Having had many skilled craftsman as mentors, I bring precision and creativity - where applicable, to all projects.
